Head Start State Collaboration DirectorJeanne Dickhausen was appointed as the Head Start State Collaboration Director in February 2013. The HSSCO director serves as liaison among these partners. With MDE, the Minnesota Head Start Association and the Region V Administration for Children and Families are key partners in setting and implementing priorities and direction for the HSSCO. No fee is charged for Head Start/Early Head Start services.
